Our customization of the standard arrabbiata with some beyond meat in it.

Our recipe makes enough sauce for roughly 4-6 servings. We freeze our sauce and thaw portions of it when required (lasts for 1-2 months.)

Chilli flakes4 tablespoons
Dried oregano1 tablespoon
Dried basil1.5 tablespoons
Dried parsley1 tablespoon
Beyond burger2 patties
OnionOne large white onion
Canned tomato paste1 can (170 gm)
Canned diced tomato1 can (411 gm)
Canned tomato sauce1 can (425 gm)
Olive oil5 tablespoons (or as required)
Saltas required
  1. Heat oil, add garlic and once aromatic, add chilli flakes, oregano, basil, parsley and leave them for a few seconds (careful not to let them burn).
  2. Add in the Beyond Burger patties, break them into chunks and mix with the garlic and the spices.
  3. Add in the onions and salt, and let them cook for 15 min in low to medium heat (everything should sort of melt into a chunky consistency).
  4. Add tomato paste, mix with some water and cook for 15 min in low to medium heat.
  5. Add in tomato sauce and diced tomato, and simmer on low for 30 min.
  6. Taste and add salt. If too tangy, simmer on low for another 15-30 min.
